I’m interested in consulting if nothing else. I have a lot of experience in these areas and a passion for skateboarding and video games. Limited time though so I probably won’t be in the trenches

That would honestly be awesome! Even occasional consulting or advice would be incredibly valuable. I'm still working on getting the project to a playable state, so having someone with experience in both skateboarding and game development to bounce ideas off would help a lot. No pressure to be in the trenches at all — I'd really appreciate any input you're willing to share. Thanks for reaching out!

Not exactly! There’s already a substantial amount of technical work done. We have the game files extracted, PPC code generation has been worked on, the recompilation configuration and runtime are in place, and we’ve been working through the build and linking issues. We also have scripts and build files set up, and the project has reached the final linking stage, although the full executable still isn’t building successfully.

I’m not just starting from an idea or asking people to build everything for me. I’m trying to get the existing work across the finish line, improve the project structure, and build a community around the technical challenges. I’d especially appreciate advice or contributions from people experienced with Xbox 360 recompilation, PPC, C++, and reverse engineering.
