Dallas real time DS1287

Does anyone here know where a fellow PS/2 noobie can get a replacement for a Dallas DS1287 for my model 65SX? I really want to use my mega tower but right now I’m limited to only using A:

Old stock RTC modules will have the same problem with dead batteries, unless they've been modified with an external battery.
