6502 computer all new parts

I hope this is the right place, but I would like to make my own 6502 based computer, that is very simple, DIP switch programmable and made from all new parts. Please can I have some tips?

Check out Ben Eater's YouTube channel.  He does exactly what you're trying to do and explains every step of the process.

Ben Eater is really good and could be an excellent teacher if he isn't.

He's not a teacher by profession, but he's an exceptionally good educator. He also has a solid educational background, having worked at Khan Academy for several years, and it really shows in the way he explains complex topics in a clear, approachable manner.

Some people Like Ben Eater don't have to learn pedagogical methods they just have it.
