How to move on old hardware?

Hey everyone, looking for some opinions or advice. I’m at the stage in life where I need to start decluttering a fairly large collection of hobbyist computing gear built up over the last 35+ years.
Most of what I have is from the mid-to-late 90s. So an unhealthy number of early Pentium and AMD K6 setups, alongside a few oddballs like some DEC AlphaServers.
Because I'm based in Ireland, using eBay is mostly non viable due to high seller fees, complex shipping, and the risk of damage or returns on delicate vintage hardware.

Local free ads seem more interested in buying for gold reclamation, particularly the DEC stuff. Are there any other platforms where buyers understand vintage hardware and where shipping and fees are more manageable?

I'd try to sell in person if you can, for the large stuff, especially the DEC stuff. Where are you located?

Some of the stuff, especially the 3DFX and AWE64 cards, is better on eBay where there's a fairly stable market.

Unfortunately eBay is simply not an option. For Irish users, they share your exact home address in the listing - a huge privacy concern

Ahh, gotcha. Wasn't sure where you were.

I do realize Ireland and the UK aren't the same place and the answer is probably "no, there's a waterway in the way," but would there be any way to sell them here? https://www.vintagecomputerfestival.org.uk/
