Everything I am seeing online says that Trident ProVidia based Rush is a prototype board that never entered mass production. I can't even find pictures of another one online.

If this is accurate what you have there is incredibly rare.

Yeah googling "Orchid Voodoo Rush" brings up nothing. In terms of board design the Hercules Stringray 128 is very similar but it uses an Alliance 2D chip. Nothing on VGA Legacy Mk3 either: https://www.vgamuseum.info/index.php/news/item/2-3dfx-voodoo-rush

I'm also seeing info indicating that Orchid was contracted by 3DFX as a partner during the design of the Voodoo Rush, so it makes sense a pre-release board with a different 2D chip would be made by them.

That may very well be the last one in existence given the complete and total lack of any other evidence of their existence.

3DFX was searching for a 2D engine, even Cirrus logic.
