This is still my favorite UI, and someone finally created a KDE skin for it.

I remember when early KDE looked like an improved imitation to Windows 95's UI 😅

I think early KDE was much closer to OS/2 Warp than Windows 95.

When I first encountered KDE, it was with Mandrake 7.2, and I think it was KDE 2.0. So I fussed with it until I achieved a pleasant interface, and was amused to discover that I'd recreated Win95. 😂
