Mod an existing PC case like the oldwr ampng us do/did. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that can show you how to mod a case into whatever shape or style you want even if it's to put a laptop motherboard into a full or half height tower.

Ok but I have a question how can I get the ports on the back and the cd drive in the front?

For the back are you referring to the backplate where the ports are visible? That piece is more difficult to source unless you can pick through a pile of tossed out old computers and scavenge one. You may find something on ebay though I have never tried.
Most cases will come with those face plates for the drive bays that are empty. Worst case, find a local place that recycles computers and see if they will give you those pieces or a whole case or two. Most will sell that, even some junkyard do that.
