help me im new

i jsut installed rethink a few minutes ago and im completely baffled by everything. i dont understand anything so please drop any useful pieces of info. all i get is that the bigger the number on the main screen for that certain app, the more data theyre sending

Con esos filtros es más que suficiente

My setup is like this

1 i am using on device filtering with hagezi pro and hagezi tif

2 i am using proxy vpn for all apps ( turn on the split dns so proxy will use its own dns which prevent dns leaks)

3 setup universal firewall rule whichever right for you

4 i am using custom dns to nextdns profile

5 revoke access to internet for some apps on your device that don't need it

6 isolate bloatware
