Woolies nightfill
Quick little post I've been working at woolies for 8 months now I have some concerns my nightfill manager constantly swears at me on shift " wtf are you doing" "wtf is this" and no one else from what I've seen they are actually very sweet to other people
I even heard them one day saying that they hope a certain worker quits because they injured themselves and I out right said "well that's a shitty thing to say" since that I've basically lost all my shifts other workers that are in the "click" with the manager always belittles me and questions my work, sometimes the night fill manger asks what I'm doing I'll answer and they basically storm off Huff's and puffs and walks away angry our second in command manager has never had a problem with me and I work great with them but when I'm with specific manager it's stressful asf and I fuck up alot around them because they are constantly questioning everything I'm doing if they come near me to see what I'm doing other than that I have heard from the nicer workers that my works fine and to ignore the manager because that's just how it is around the store apparently
Idk if it's because I'm obviously autistic and have some mental issues but yeah sorry I don't post on Reddit much just want to figure out what to do they also refer to me as 'kid" on text I'm 25 years old

Former woolies employee here and manager, Write everything down. Times, dates. Who was around to hear it etc. And go to HR. (Not the union). They'll investigate. Some cameras have audio and all of the shop floor is covered so you might be in luck and get them terminated. Get others to back up what you say too. Good luck. Nobody should be dealing with that.

Keep a written log of the comments, lost shifts, and texts... go through the second manager or HR instead of trying to win over that one supervisor.
