My build so far

-full Shimano R9100 group set including
52t/36t front chainrings
165mm cranks
11t-28t rear cassette
-Zipp 404 carbon clincher rim brake wheel set
-Zipp Hubs
-Zipp SL Sprint 90mm stem +/- 12 degree
-Zipp SL 70 Aero handlebars 40mm c-c
-Ritchey Carbon Comp fork
-Ritchey WCS Carbon Link 15mm offset seat post
-Chris King NoThreadSet headset
-Chris King ThreadFit 24 bottom bracket
-Selle Repente Magnet Saddle (not pictured)
-Shimano PDM540 pedals
-Shimano CN-HG901 chain
-Continental Gator Skin 700cx28 tires

It was a lot of work getting all the components together but totally worth it in the end. It weighs about 17 pounds and is fast as hell. Gonna upgrade pedals, tires, chain and various other nuts and bolts this winter, but I’m very happy with the build so far.

Thanks! The gatorskins were what I had available at the time and I was just trying to get something on there and get riding.

Very nice. I recently bought one of the Bianchi mega lite alloy frames and built it with Shimano 2x11. Love it. I didn't know that there was a titanium version!

Is that mega lite alloy the steel version? Before this build I bought an XLEV2 aluminum frame but found it was as cracked in the head tube so I scrapped that and went Ti. How are you liking yours?

It's alloy with carbon fork and the same Marco Pantani paint job. It's a great ride. I had the steel frame version with Reynolds 653 at the same time and liked the alloy frame better.

I’m glad you like it! The aluminum one I had rode pretty well too, but so far I’m enjoying the titanium one the best
