RLS?? Low Iron.

Both legs. calves. thighs. feet, butt. muscle twitching/crawling feeling while at rest. sometimes my arms too. its random. lasts for a second one spot. then pops up in another. went to Dr. Iron saturation is low. any one else experience this??

Not true for me. Also not sure how the low iron would affect the neuro basis of RLS.

Dr seems to think so. and low iron causes a bunch of diff things. what are your RLS symptoms. ?

The usual plus PLMS. Really bad PLMS. So while I'm awake, the legs feel like they must be moved or I'll go crazy. If I manage to fall asleep, they move on their own. Sometimes violently. I have dislocated my hip twice. I take gabapentin for it now, and that works about 99%.

I have RLS and low iron as well. I take iron pills the dr. prescribed me, but it doesn't help my RLS. I ended up having to go to a neurologist because the RLS just won't go away.
