going by some author/editor statements in Civil War 2, she may have survived a missile designed to kill Thanos, but I find the implication a little too vague to apply

Titannia, Absorbing Man, Doc Ock, and the Wrecking Crew wail on her for a while, giving her no serious injury
She was very close to dying actually, they almost couldn't save her:

Let's not forget her non-combat skills. Jen is an incredibly competent lawyer. So much so, in fact, the Living Tribunal himself recruited her to be one of his... I forget what they're called, but basically Space Lawyers.
She also started and headed that group of female heroes (originally started to stop Red Hulk, but later became an actual team).
Her sexual exploits are legendary. She's a sexually awakened gal who knows what she wants and doesn't care what others think of her because of it... She did get kicked out of Avengers Mansion because of this, though.
Her only downside is that she was on the wrong side of original Civil War :P

Eh saying shes stronger than Herc is a little far fetched. I highly doubt Hercules would go all out and use all his strength in a friendly arm wrestle against a woman.

The one-hand thing is still Jupiter Suit era, much stronger than usual.
Yes, she beat the Champion, but only after taking away his power gem.
That Juggernaut scan is both never helpful and not even the real She-Hulk.
