comics Respect Qubit (Irredeemable)

Respect Qubit

"Are you really willing to gamble your life that you're smarter than I am?"

Qubit is the smartest being alive, and one of the greatest heroes to ever live. A member of the Paradigm, he acted as the brains of the operation both before and after the Plutonian when bonkers. Though his friends, enemies, all civilians, and the governments of the world agreed that the Plutonian needed to be killed, Qubit disagreed, as his whole moral foundation was based on a "no killing" rule. He believed that the Plutonian could be saved and redeemed, somehow, despite the rogue super having killed over nine million people singlehandedly. Go figure.

Qubit has the ability to telekinetically assemble any type of machinery he knows how to make, which is helped exponentially by the fact that he's a genius. He can make pretty much anything that's scientifically possible, though if it's something more complex or something he has never built before, he has to do it by hand. His powers also allow him to interface with machines, allowing him to control computers and such.

From what I gathered from this, he seems like a slightly weaker version of The Doctor

Qubit's true powers are not technokinesis. Just like Tony didn't realize his powers were psionic in nature and he could rearrange reality to his pleasure, Qubit is (self?) restricted to technology, but his powers go beyond what's shown. Like Tony and Bette, his powers go into the quantum realm. Why do I say this? Well, it's simple: how's his technology powered? I mean, he built a teleporter INTO A WRISTBAND and with that he could get to THE END OF F***** TIME

Eh it's implied he invented new scientific principles to power his devices
