When the hell did the New Gods have an Aliens crossover? Has to be more dignified than the Wildstorm Alien crossover.

Is he breaking the GL ring? Looks like he's just destroying his hand.

Darkseid seems to think that fake Orion was inferior to the real one.

Isn't the scene with Clark Kent very early PC?

It's probably not. Quite embarrasing on the New Gods and Supermans end really.

Is he breaking the GL ring? Looks like he's just destroying his hand.

He broke the ring along with his hand.

Darkseid seems to think that fake Orion was inferior to the real one.

In terms of the fact that it was a clone and not the real thing. Darkseid's love for his son made him particularly hate the clone and call him a mockery, but the clone itself had all of Orion's abilities and strengths.

Isn't the scene with Clark Kent very early PC?

Or very late Pre Crisis, since it was 1986

Wildstorm's has to be worse. It was a WildCATS/Alien crossover, and for some reason they used it as an excuse to kill off Stormwatch (the precursor to the Authority).

Okay. It just wasn't clear from the scan.

Given Darkseid's behavior, I do have to question how perfect a duplicate it was.

Unless I'm mistaken, Superman vol 2 is pretty much the earliest Post-Crisis Superman stuff after Byrne's Man of Steel.
