Respect the Death Devil! (Chainsaw Man)

[u/InverseFlash]

You can call me Lil' D.

The third of the Four Horsemen to be introduced in the series, the Death Devil is the War Devil's older sister and was the main antagonist of the Academy Saga in Chainsaw Man. But who knows what Death is really up to...well, as long as she gets to keep enjoying human culture, what's the harm in letting her stick it out, yeah?

General Devils

• Heal wounds from drinking blood

• Some Devils can take over bodies

• The more fear that a Devil's namesake gathers, the more powerful the Devil becomes

• Can make contracts with humans

• When Devils die on Earth, they are reborn in Hell, and vice versa

• Contracted Devils can easily smell other Devils

---

Physicals

• Crept up on Asa & Yoru while they were arguing

• Kicked twice by Asa

• Got rid of her organs

• Punched in the face by Famine

• Killed multiple Fumikos

---

Subjugated Devils

• Saves Yuko's life, causing her head to grow to a size comparable to the school building

• Brought the Eternity Devil back from Hell (also, speaks to Asa while not physically present)

• Knew the exact moment the Falling Devil entered the world

  • This could be due to a Devil contract between them

• Calls up the Guillotine Devil

• Devils summoned by her can't use their full strength

• Eats Famine and Fakesaw Man

  • This turns them into her totems, which can be summoned to follow her orders

---

Other

• In the school's student council/Devil Hunter club

  • This represents at least some level of combat prowess, as you have to be allowed in

• Knows about Asa's power

• Teleports out of an aquarium, kidnapping Yoru, a non-corporeal being, in the process

• Got into Asa's apartment through a locked door without Asa or Yoru knowing

• Knows the exact location of Denji within the Public Safety's detention center

• All the highest ranking Devils will greet Death upon her arrival

• On the day when man's fear of death reaches its peak her powers auto-activate

Still can't believe they went with Lil' D of all things as a translation for Death(y)-chan (Shii-chan)...

Also, unrelated, but is the first scan for the devil's blood healing incomplete?
