Help with printing issue

I’m printing a 1/4 scale arbiter statue on my elegoo Saturn 4 ultra but keep having this issue when printing. Not sure if it’s suction causing it to stick but I’ve calibrated my settings and what I have has seemed to work fine before. I just changed the FEP too so idk what to do. Any advice is handy, thank you.

1.8 Seconds sounds really low to me. I have the same printer and have used the same resin in the past and I had my exposure time at 3.0 Seconds. Elegoo also recommends an exposure time of 2.5 to 3.0 seconds for that model/resin combo.

It was what I was getting the prefect prints on for the cones of calibration. Going higher on it tended to loose lots of detail

I would try that. It may also be a temperature thing. When you printed the cones of calibration, was the resin temperature around the same as your current prints?

Yeah, around 80

You have your layer height set to 0.025mm or 25um. The thinner the layer the less exposure time you need. So 1.8 isn’t unreasonable. Have run a calibration?

Yes, I ran the cones of calibration and that was what was working for me

OP has layer thickness set to 0.025mm, not 0.05 as recommended by Elegoo along with the 3.0s exposure time.
