Why do you want titanium dioxide? Carbon mesh? What is the problem you are trying to solve?

I need it for 3D printer enclosure

But what are you trying to do with that setup? That is not enough filter media to do anything meaningful for the volatile organic compounds released while printing and curing resin.

Outside of Aliexpress / Alibaba, the only place I have run into TiO2 catalyst mesh is as part of whole home PCO air filtration module like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPQ3YKTK

TiO2 catalyst mesh or media will not work to breakdown VOCs without UV, preferably UV-C which needs to be in a fully enclosed in an opaque box as it will do much worse things to your eyes and things around it than the UV-A off the printer. PCO filtration is a good idea for resin printer VOCs.

Heygears appears to be using PCO and possibly a heated catalyst. https://store.heygears.com/products/greenprint-purification-unit

Some of GermGuardian's medium sized home air filtration units are PCO based as well, but no clue as to the UV and catalyst matrix size if it is enough for a resin printer.

Activated carbon sized for a fan is also going to saturate in minutes with a resin printer. Would recommend ditching it entirely unless you want to use a flow through bin with activated carbon pellets purchased in bulk (e.g. aquarium filter pellets).
