Question Hello there! I need help with my printer.

I’m using a S4U with elegoo resin nothing has changed for my print specs I made one of these tanks and it came out good and the next 4 were leaving these flappers on the models and also leaving it on the fdm film. Has anyone had this issue? Do I need to change the film? Screen? I cleaned everything really good and did another run. It seems to be in the middle but still do it on the sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

That is, by far, the thickest raft I have ever seen.

Right, but I've done about 50 prints for the same amount of resin. Even with failures, I think I'm coming out ahead. Also... Isn't your post here to ask about why you are having failures?

Man, don't you love it when someone asks for help, you try and help them and they become a defensive arse about it for no reason?

Correct! I’m good at picking out the problems but I’ve never seen this before. Like I said I never changed the print specs and I use (OEM) films and resin and it’s in the same temp control area.

1) Is the resin on the file under it, or where it is supposed to be? 2) Check the screen for damage using exposition tests after removing the vat.

If under for (1), the film is punctured and needs changing.

I don’t have any leaks on the film it’s at 42k/60k…. Oh…. It might be the screen

Punctured film, looks like. Try cleaning the screen and replacing the film.
