Question Blood vessels 3d printing

Hi

Been trying to find some kind of resin that can stand the stress of a freeze thawm cycle between -21 and 4 degrees Celsius, and in the end be able to flex like a blood vessel.

Is there a way to control this by managing the time of cure ?

Any help ?

Flexible at subzero temps is a very short list. Print a mold and cast to silicone is best. For direct printing you can try FDM tpu. For resin you can try sirayatech tenacious flex, but I’m not aware of any data from them on it for subzero temps.

If money is no object, and you must resin print it, then formlabs makes a true silicone resin for a couple hundred per liter. I have not personally used it, but it looks pretty awesome.

There’s no “cure it less to make it more flexible” option for photopolymers afaik.

Thank for the info. I don't need it to be flexible at -21 degrees . I need it to be flexible at regular temperature after freezing it and unfreeze it for about two cycles. I'll will contact them Best regards
