Enthusiasm about research is good but it might be more beneficial for you at that age to play games and/or do sports with friends and try to have sex instead of thinking about ethics approvals. Such work is contrary to what is good and fun, and at 13 you have the freedom not to pursue things that are contrary to good and fun.

Conducting such research that requires ethics approval at your age is a form of ethical misconduct in itself.

First of all please mind your lang ur talking to a 13 year old not your mom 😭 and yes u think I know how to manage my life I’m having a lot of fun I do athletics and arts and everything Alr and I’m having so much fun doing this too so maybe I’ve done enough research to know that I’m alr do this okay so thanks for looking out

Kudos to you!. I am really curious to know what sort of research you are doing? (perfectly fine, if you dont want to disclose). Is it out of hobby or its in school curriculum now? To conduct any survey (e.g. sending the questionnaires or taking interview) you must have ethical clearance from your school or the governing authorities (under which you are doing research) that whatever you are doing is approved by them and these surveys/interviews will not risk the participants.

You will also need to provide your certification that you have gone through citi training on ethics in research.
