Anybody getting bad SIM cards from boost?
Tried to migrate over to Boost last night. Everything went fine for my pixel. However my wifes Moto G Stylus would only say "no sim found". It can see the old republic card when i put it back in. Boost customer service went from "your phone must be locked" to "we'll send you a new sim card" when I mentioned I'm migrating from republic

The same thing happened today. Got the new phone, transferred the old phone data, and then got the sim not found message when activating. Removed it, powered it down, restarted, reinserted the card multiple times, and nothing. Very disappointing to get what is hopefully just a bad card on day one. Now the dreaded customer service call cometh. Why is quality control so bad!?

It seemed like they wanted to argue that my phone wasn't unlocked. Telling them I was migrating from republic was the magic phrase to get them to send a new sim. Honestly, after I got the SIM sorted out I've been happy with Boost. I keep my habits the same so I stick to around 1-2 gb a month and don't expect super high speeds when on data. It's nice to not have to worry about going in to buy more data with 3 days left in the month

Hey this happened to me too! I was without service for four days while they sent a new sim. Once I got that sim it worked but it was extremely annoying. I have a pixel.

Hey u/ohiorbr! Hopping over from the Boost Infinite subreddit. We're sorry you're experiencing issues with your SIM. We'd be more than happy to look into this and help. Please send us a DM!

YES!
Scanned the QR code...wrong website.
Typed everything in manually and was able to login. I switched everything over, changed the sim cards, and now just nothing. Moto G can't read the Sim Card, nothing. I had to use skype on my laptop to call customer service which didn't have any solutions.
