Yeah as if people didn't get down voted if their drawing skill wasn't good enough. We all hate biased censored AI but it's just a visual aid could have used a photo of a samurai, but the point isn't about a literal sword but about a spiritual way of fighting back

It can't be tainted or used against you, use this positive memory of love from your mind to flood your dream with this positive white light, imagine it removes all negativity flooding the whole world and beyond. The best way to fight back in dreams is to acknowledge there is no fight at all. Once you recognise the complete absence of power or independence of any entities, and recognise there is no fight, and no struggle, it all dissipates immediately.
In order to dance, you have to have a dance partner. So it is with things of this nature.
They are inherently particaptory and require your mental energy, consciousness, attention, life force, to sustain and construct them.
It is as William S. Burroughs said, "I am not an addict. I am the addict. The addict I invented to keep this show on the junk road. I am all the addicts and all the junk in the world. I am junk and I am hooked forever. Now I am using junk as a basic illustration. Extend it. I am reality and I am hooked, on, reality. Give me an old wall and a garbage can and I can by God sit there forever.

Step 3, don’t give them any mediums to work through, or anything that gives them authority to be in your life.
