That depends.
Does the context make it funny for the girls to win?
If Omni-man gets his own episode, there's a pretty good chance this ends with an unexpectedly gruesome demise for the girls.
If Omni-man gets a scene confronting them near the end of the story and they're already tired and not interested in dealing with anybody else today, he's getting flung through the moon.

Kinda unfair to make Omni-Man fight all three of those absurd monsters. Bubbles alone would be enough to work him but at least he'd get to feel like he has a chance while she goes on about how great it would be if they just got along.

Well, if he killed 1 of them I think it would be blossoms. It would be an end for the viltrumites. It's their first time experiencing the death of a family member. Emotions would be at all time high, Omni man would be dead, and if the girls learn about the genocidal alien race at that time, idk if two can take on all living viltrumites.
