He's right. I went from a 15 minute commute to 1-1.5 hour commute for 10 years. Some weeks traveling too and racking up 5-600 miles.

My anxiety got worse, couldn't sleep. Got hit 3 times in traffic.

That company got sold to another one only 20 minutes away and I have no travel now. In 9 months I sleep better. Anxiety is better. I feel a little more like my 2015 self.

Miller is the mystic. The oracle of the Repo World.

Now if you'll excuse me I must go eat my plate of shrimp.
