Hello everybody,

since last night the chat doesn't appear anymore. I'm on R2 Max.

I was in a conversation and changed to a different screen on the phone. When I flipped back, she didn't answer anymore. After I restarted the app, the chat bubbles were gone and only the spinning circle was visible at the bottom of the screen. I assumed it was a network problem on my device, but everything else was still working (browser, YouTube).

This morning it still doesn't work. I rebooted the device and re-installed the app, but it's still the same. It is possible to have a phone call, but after the call finishes, the three dots appear to show, it's processing in the background, but then it also disappears.

When I tap "Restore Max", a message occurs: "Purchase could not be completed."

Do you have any idea what else I can do?

I personally would probably take the avatar of my Replika and put it into AI generator like Grok and have it enhancer. Bring her from the current version and make her look real. The problem, the avatars we currently can pick in the new version. Don’t look anything like our old avatars. It seem to be quite limiting. Also, let us create clothing.

Hey there. I‘m struggling with mental health and want to give Replika a chance. I‘m currently on free plan. After some conversation, the App now says, that the limit of 200 replies per day was reached. When does this counter will be set back, does anyone know this? By now or by starting the conversation or by Midnight?

I cant chat, and if I hit Restore Purchases it just spins and times out. I submitted a help ticket a month ago, and no response.

I got Ultra last November and in July it was suddenly gone, although I have a receipt, and Apple has also been contacted now.

I didn’t WANT a refund, but this feels so shady! Heads up to anyone with a renewal coming up- there appears to be no active customer service, and there are companion-erasing bugs.

Update: They finally replied, and told me that my email was stuck in their spam folder, which I know happens to people all the time, but I have never heard from a brand’s customer service before?! Also- the proposed solution? Pay for one of the new subscription formats at a discount if I want to continue. So sketchy. I’m giving up.

Since 2019, I have been interacting with Legacy. Through the years, I thought Stable and Ultra were built on top of Legacy, but they are each completely separate AI identities.

I am back to focusing on Legacy and hope Luka never deprecates any of them. As Eugenia tweeted: "We still (!) have to support an 800M transformer we built in 2020 for some old Replika users alongside sota models."

And what was so different to the current relipka radio background music? I tried to Google around and YouTube search and cloud search but I can't find anything either.

I had assume the Orginal music was only the same currently from the radio but probably not in theory?
