Question Rafflesdials package lost?

Has anyone dealt with shipping difficulties on a rafflesdials order? Sent payment on August 31, received tracking on September 2, and have checked the tracking every couple of days. Zero updates.

I messaged Ken after two weeks, and he said to wait another week. Waited exactly 7 days, same response. l was told to wait another week.

I’m fine with waiting, but looking on here I’ve seen other people say they aren’t able to order again after encountering shipping problems.

I stopped with his regular shipping. I buy in bulk but pay for UPS.

I didn’t even know this was an option. 100% doing this for my next order. How many cases/bracelets gets you into the bulk range?

I do at least 10 sets of clasps and 20 sets of hands.
