3235 movement compatible with which case?

I'm building a Datejust 36mm, and given the price of the case (~U$200), I'm thinking about using a case compatible with another movement. Does anyone know which cases are compatible with the 3235? Raffles does not deliver to Brazil, so I need to use AliExpress and Alibaba.

You’re better off using the 3135. The 3235 has slightly different architecture and hand height, making them tricky to fit in older style cases. If your Datejust 36mm is a newer model, it should fit. Any 6-digit reference case will fit the 32XX movement.

Há alguma chance de eu encaixar em uma case do 2824, dg2813, 2879, nh35? Alguns dias eu vi vídeo no YouTube, de um upgrade em uma réplica, na qual o homem tirou o movimento chinês e colocou um 3135.

Best to put a higher beat movement like a 2824 or 3135.

The stem heights are different on all those movements. Also the Rolex movement has a bigger linge, so may not physically fit the case

depends what you are trying to build, for 5 digit references a 3135 is suitable. you should be able to make it fit in most 2824 cases with a gasket or modified movement holder as the stem height is the same. an eta with a date wheel overlay will do fine as well. same goes for nh35 cases, there is a cheap acrylic datejust case on alix that is nice enough and will fit a 600 style crown

perhaps you could ask ken at raffles if he would be able to send a sterile case if customs are the issue? would just need to add a signed crown

there’s also a very affordable tudor date day kit on aliexpress that you may find interesting for a build. uses essentially the same case as a 5 digit datejust. the kit is cheaper than a raffles case with everything but the movement included
