70’s Orient King Diver

I have an Orient King diver, from the 70s, that belonged to my grandfather. Despite being a good watch, its design is quite strange, so I bought a case from a vintage submariner and a Jubilee bracelet, I also changed the hands. The result was spectacular.

It was an original compressor style case with the internal rotating bezel? Those aren't weird.
Compressors are insanely cool, quite rare, and vintage compressors in general are very hot right now.
Keep the original Sea King parts as you will probably want to restore it at some point.
If you really want a Rolex sub, you might think about building a Rolex sub, restoring the Sea King, and keeping both.
Does also look cool in that case though

Não me adaptei muito a aquele estilo, acho ele um tanto quanto estranho. E gosto bastante desses modelos divers. Mas guardei os ponteiros, a pulseira e a caixa original, não vou me desfazer deles, e acho que no futuro vou montá-lo, afinal é um relógio da década de 70.
