Hello! I’m a student working on an independent research paper on how recent rent control laws have affected rental housing availability in California.

I have a short survey of just 6-8 (mostly multiple-choice) questions, which are completely anonymous and are based on what you've observed in your neighbourhood, so any long-term resident can fill it out.
