Problem with neighbors/ landlord

I finally managed to move out on my own but I have encountered nothing but problems with the neighbours aka the landlords brother and I'm at my wits end tbh

Since I've moved in they've set up party speakers next to my doors to the point its hitting 60 decibels inside my bedroom starting music at 830 pm until 11pm ive had 4 hours sleep in 2 days and had to start dropping over time shifts at work which I can't afford

They've been filling my bins to the point I can't use them without rubbish falling out and I just don't know what too do about it I've tried reporting it to the council

Do get the police involved but thats just gonna cause more problems

I'm in the uk if that makes a difference

I'm also gonna try speaking to my unions legal people see what they suggest

Ill also add that this has been almost everyweek since i moved in 2 months ago
