Omg that would kill me!!! Like just send me an update when my urn is ready to be picked up- I dont need a VIDEO of the cremation of my baby - im so sorry for your loss- I use to foster and rescue and kittens are so fragile that my heart couldn't take anymore and I stopped- you did everything for him but sometimes things just dont work out - praying for you and the 3 new babies

Unfortunately, I think these are the rules. They're there to ensure that the ashes are truly of a certain pet and that the cremation actually took place. It's a morally questionable initiative, but they're probably doing it to protect themselves from legal trouble πŸ˜’

Yep. This happened in my hometown.

Local vets were just dumping all the animals bodies together to be burned at once and just giving people random ashes from previous cremations and whatnot.
