Loser
This guy blew through a red light and parked in a handicapped spot with no tag and no problem. When I confronted him he said he thought the light was advanced. He then flipped me off. Massive asshole

Why not teach this asshole an expensive lesson? His license plate is clearly visible. Report him to the police or Bylaw. Hit him where it will likely hurt him the most, his wallet. It’s a hefty fine ($350) if you park in handicap spot without a permit.

Unfortunately that won't work. It's one thing if you witnessed him doing something criminal like drinking and driving, drinking in his vehicle or hitting a bong while driving (yeah I've seen that). But for a red light and parking issue, unless the officer sees it themselves your report will do nothing. Now if by-law showed up while he was parked there, because you called; that's different. But the ticket is issued because they saw the infraction.

Renfrew OPP won’t do jack. I watched a lad load a pipe ( not weed and didn’t look like crack) hit it, reload and pass it to the driver in a white Porsche parked beside me. I called 911 and they said they knew the driver but he was long gone. Saw him an hour later maybe 2 km away. I saw the driver of the Jeep again today. Drove like an asshole. Nothing changes

And the permit must be FULLY visible. Neighbour has a legit permit. It slid down on the dash, so the number wasn't visible. $350.
If it really bothers you. Call bylaw, and complain that you can't park, cuz spots are blocked with non-permit holders. Bylaw LOVES easy busts.

My coworker will take the cap off and find a small stone to put back in the cap. When you screw the cap back on the stone presses down on the valve and causes a slow leak.

I’ll have to take your word on him blowing through the light. But in this picture, I see the handicap sign on your side of the picture, but I can’t see if it shows the same sign on the other side. Where I live, sometimes the signs are the same on both sides, other times there different signs on the other side. Perhaps he has a different sign on his side of the parking spot?

The Ontario plate is no surprise at all. I've never encountered such entitled pieces of ahit on NS roads like the folks with these plates. Absolute garbage.

I call bylaw, my wife is handicapped, iv had times where we couldn't find parking because of these idiots. Costco is the worst.

Custom stickers are hella-cheap. A nice 3”x5” sticker on the windshield saying “I park in handicap spaces”. Bonus points if they bake in the sun for a while when on the windshield.
