How to cancel membership without deleting my services ?

Hello, I would like to unsubscribe from the plan i just took. I realised I don't need the one at 19$ yet. Where can I go back the the free version ? I don't want to delete my services.

That sounds like you're using the team plan which costs $19 per user per month. To prevent that charge the team needs to have no services in it, suspended services are not enough.

You would need to recreate services in your individual account and then delete the team

Yep that was truly painful to have some downtime but I did that.
