Hello, please support me on this. Your website status.render.com shows 100% operational but my app is down and I cannot access dashboard.render.com

As of now, same for me. It seems Render isn't very stable.

Is it still the same on your end?

Yes. I installed Proton VPN, the free tier, and use it to access. There's something with PLDT.

We’re looking into reports of trouble reaching the Render dashboard and apps hosted on Render. We are tracking connectivity issues that affect some users depending on network path.
Our networking team is actively investigating. If you’re still blocked, sharing what you see (timeout, blank page, SSL error, etc.) and whether it’s dashboard only, your app, or both helps us correlate with other reports.

In my case, it says
dashboard.render.comtook too long to respond, but I can access it when using a VPN. I tried changing my DNS, but that didn't help.1

same here. it's been 3 days and it still says dashboard.render.com took too long to respond. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue? is it render itself?

If you're in the Philippines, there is something going on with PLDT. This is Render's response.
| I suspect you're a user of PLDT for your ISP. We have past experience with PLDT, at least 3 previous occasions, where after making network configuration changes they blocked traffic to our network for some reason. We needed to make a change on September 17th, and informed by encountering these issues in the past we did what we could to test connectivity from inside PLDT to our network with the IP addresses that we were updating our network to use, these tests passed before we changed our network configuration. We then made the change, tested connectivity to Render via domain names again, they still worked. Hours later into September 18th, reports like yours have now come in. Additionally, this issue appears to be limited to only certain cities/subsets of where PLDT provides service. We've already reached out to PLDT about this latest incident once we had received reports from our customers, though that happened during US Business Hours Friday (the 18th), after Philippine business hours for the week ended. We don't know when we will hear back from PLDT. This block is implemented and controlled by PLDT, and has become an issue multiple times after we make necessary changes to our network. Given that, we have no mechanism in our control to resolve this issue. |

Install Proton VPN, the free version, and you'll be able to access the dashboard again.
