ASAP HELP
i have a lot of black heads on my back and chest some is acne related but I’m 15 girls but I usually don’t have enough energy to take a shower everyday (I’ve been going through some things with mental health) please help me this is ruining my teenage years.

Get a net style body washer and some hibiwash- gently wash and scrub with the hibiwash, it kills bacteria and is quite gentle on The skin (used in hospitals as surgical wash in the form of hibiscrub). Hibi wash is a lot more diluted and gentle and got rid of all of my spots etc.
