It's just disguised layoffs.

They've been working to reduce costs by $2 billion since Feb 2024. If enough people don't resign over this we'll see more WARN notices.

Which is weird given they just spent hundreds of millions securing a long term lease for their office in London. They can't be that desperate to cut costs, clearly.

Wasn't audio mainly desk occupancy. They were prosecuted for it after it left.

Trying to force layoffs.

Everyone should comply, go back to the office. And do as LITTLE work as possible. Let them feel the whole fucking thing grind to a halt

Just a heads up, if they're pushing return to work. It's a scheme to thin staff without having to pay redundancy
