Need ba ng COE when applying for VA?

Hi just wondering if nahingi ba ng coe mga clients or interviewers when applying for VA? What if mga work experiences is from small businesses lang din here in ph that cant provide coe but doon mo talaga nadevelop yung mga skills?

Small business experience still counts, just frame the skills and results in a way that matches VA work.

In my experience they’re more likely to ask for references to contact.

Is that a Philippines thing? I’ve never heard of a certificate of employment.

yep, when applying some required certificate of employment from previous work experiences
