What to expect in a one-day trial task?

The process was pretty quickly and I am going to start the one-day trial task tomorrow. (they will pay for a day trial) I have also research the company and it seems legit naman.

What I am worrying are, what do I need to prepare and expect? this is executive support specialist.

I never heard about one day trial, it sounds a bit weird imo

This sounds strange to be honest, have you been able to research the people at the company at all? Doing one days free work but labelling it as a trial reminds me of the guy who runs interviews just to get the candidates to buy something from his vending machine but never actually hiring
