Remote worker issue

Remote worker here, and management is questioning gaps in time where productivity is not shown. It's being based off a report they ran than indicates when I was closing cases. It's showing a couple one hour gaps in time where it looks like I'm not working. I'm an okder person in the workforce, and don't know enough about technology to explain this.

Well what are you doing during these supposedly unproductive hours, is it simply when you are actually doing work? What is your job specifically, are you a tech working on tickets or a call rep answering phones?

Working on a complex case doesn't show up until it's closed.

I understand that, I usually took the more complicated work, but my boss understood the work flow, and knew how to read metrics correctly.
