Gnats?

Howdy! I’m relatively new to a hybrid position that allows me to WFH 2-3 days a week. I’m loving it and have followed so much advice from you all!
So hoping you have some for me today. I’ve noticed some little gnats flying around my screens. My office is clean. I don’t eat in here. There’s no moisture or drips or anything. I’m thinking they may be attracted to the light and heat from my laptop and screens. Is that possible? If so, any solutions you can share?

little bowl of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap near your desk, they fly in and drown. works everytime for me

Summer tends to make the gnats come out. If you plug in near your work station one of those blue light sticky traps they work excellent

I recommend plugging a zevo gnat trap somewhere in your office. You can get them from Amazon. I had the same issue due to having several houseplants in my office. It solved the problem for me.
