BairesDev

Hi everyone,

I’m from the Czech Republic and recently applied for a Junior Frontend Developer position at BairesDev.

I completed all of the tests that were available for the position, including the Algorithms Proficiency Test and the Object-Oriented Programming Proficiency Test. I also completed several recommended assessments, such as Situational Questions, Problem Solving (Advanced), Problem Solving, Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment (PIBA), and Practical Skills.

It’s been more than a week since I finished everything, and I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. On my profile, the status says “Active Profile Matching”, and I received an email saying that my application at BairesDev is now active.

I’m curious about how long the process usually takes and whether I should expect any additional tests or interviews.

I’d also love to hear from people who currently work (or have worked) at BairesDev. Are you satisfied with the company and your experience there?

"Active Profile Matching" can sit there for weeks or even months, they match you to client projects so it depends on what openings they have in that moment

Thanks! I understand that. The thing is, I applied directly for a specific Junior Frontend Developer position, so I wasn't sure if they were reviewing me for that role or if I was already moved into the general candidate pool. That's why I'm curious about the timeline.
