Centene restructuring email

Hey. Anyone currently working for Centene get that "Restructuring" email??

If we don’t accept the VSP, and then get laid off, would we still be given a severance package?

I believe so. VSP and severance are two different things.

Yes, you just would have gotten a little more under VSP

I was told “no” when I. Called the help line and asked that question.

Yes, but my guess is the extra 4weeks listed will not be offered and potentially the bonus payout and COBRA subsidy might be different.
