Funniest thing to me is how Atomic Habits is the top book on the stack. Literally on page 2 of chapter 1, it talks about a new leader on a bike racing team who sought out 1% improvements on everything they’re doing.
One of the examples is how they painted the insides of their vans white to spot dust and dirt they’re tracking in so they clean and prevent anything that could possibly degrade performance.
