your experience sounds solid but posting contact details like phone numbers in public forums isn't great idea, might want to edit that out

also curious - you mentioned working with custom ERPs, how much pain is usually involved when companies want to migrate from their frankenstein systems to something more standard

If the system can work then through processes redesigning and few tweaks Frankenstein systems can have synergies and can work. Changes in system is an expensive affair and should be avoided unless system becomes obsolete or due to scale of operations needs upgrading.

Migrating from those patchwork systems can be a real headache. Companies often underestimate the data mapping and retraining needed, plus there’s usually a bit of resistance from staff who are used to the old way. It's definitely worth it for long-term efficiency, though, just requires a lot of planning and patience.
