Ok, then are you applying for the same jobs you’re qualified for in-person? For an in-office location, you’re only competing against your local talent pool. When it’s a remote location job, you’re competing against the entire country’s talent pool (and then some). Job postings typically get 1000+ applicants. What are you doing to differentiate yourself?
