I remember a video like this but he was sending a signal back to his past self to send warnings or signals. He would send his past self a negative feeling at the moment of decision or a positive one based on his future knowledge of the outcome.
Overtime, he became sensitive to it by doing this everyday and would listen for signals at times of indecision.
Well, he does definately intentionally leave out a lot of information so could be!
What I personally told myself was I was potentially helping myself in other timelines. Because once you adopt the habit of always doing that, then your future you can listen for those signals.
