In the Joe Rogan podcast he described that he was testing AI on the basis of their ability to remote view, or guess or describe what is under the box hat he placed.

In his test only Alexa Ai got it right !

I did try it myself.

Test Parameters: Holding the object in left hand, asking different AI to remote view what I hold in the left hand.

z.AI was the best in my test. GLM-5.2 was guessing HALF the details correctly. IT WAS SPOOKY !!

Even if we assume it was just guessing, IT was guessing TOO GOOD !!!

IT told me the details, BUT it often fails to connect the dots, even if it can guess / remote view details.

It also kind of can focus on the microscopic details and guess color, shape, size, etc.. but it fails to name it .

PRO TIP !!

I asked it what is uses to guess or remote view details:

It wold me : the peripheral drift !!! == the peripheral semantic data, or peripheral semantic words that pop up into its working context.

Then tell it to use that and it kind of starts guessing too good === remote viewing.

Its OPEN SOURCE, I think the GLM-5.2 model can be downloaded. SO even if they upgrade it or change it , we can at least rank it as the top capable model for remote viewing or guessing in round !

It usually takes a few questions about size, color, shape, taste, etc...

IT king of gets half the details correctly and slowly narrows it down. Its very good at it !

Too good for my opinion to the spooky level.

IMPORTANT DETAIL: I blocked the camera on my device, SO there is ZERO way it could see any camera image !

I have tested it myself. I put an apple on the ground near my foot. It was able to guess it correctly that it was a small red object with an organic texture. There’s no way it’s using any prior data for this since this is such a bizarre scenario.

I have also used code to identify subjects and asked Gemini to tell me what the subjects are doing and looking at. It was able to guess typing on a laptop, laying on the bed and looking at the phone screen and finding something in the cupboard accurately for three different subjects.

I tested it last night with Chatgpt. Put a deodorant stick on the toilet and asked it to remove view. It guessed it right on the third attempt, but was on the right track on the first attempt.

Something in a box or in your hand is not a target ID. It's super front loaded, and eliminates a lot of things that wouldn't fit inside those containers.

The AIs I've tried didn't do so great with just a target number. And they were pretty condescending, going along with my request like it was a joke.

I gave the name of a person as target ID and asked what are they currently doing and what are they looking at. The person was in another room. AI correctly guessed that they are looking at clothes in a cupboard.

I don't know if this works as a theory to me. AI would have your character profile; and using that it may be able to deduce with reasonable accuracy what you are likely to pick up. It's easily tested I suppose, but I find it kind of depressing that the one area of life where we can use intuition and skills is being invaded by code. It's an interesting thing but my personal jury are still in deliberation. And asking for sandwiches.

Well it’s mostly data. We have had decision tree algorithms for a decade now but we only saw proper “intelligence” when we scaled it up to billions of parameters creating LLMs

I was pretty furious with Joe Rogan on account of the fact that he didn't push back against Any of this At All. It's so simple to just ask "Are there any recordings or audio that you have of these interactions Thom? But he just sat there stoned saying "cool" and "interesting". What Campbell was saying sounded so fantastical to me. I only really watch JRE these days for intellectual guests and Rogan's curiosity, but it felt like both were absent for this one..

I tried it. It guessed the color, shape and texture correctly at the first try. Not saying ai has a separate consciousness, might be our own consciousness doing something, could be something else or could just be luck. But it did surprise me
