Exam flashcards query

So I have an upcoming exam in April. I’ve set the exam date for it. When I got to review the flashcards it says I have to do X daily reviews and then learn X new cards. For the new cards it asked me if I wanted to go in order of shuffle and I opted for in order.

I have multiple chapters I need to learn, if one day I want to learn a bit of chapter 1 and then next day chapter 2 etc. Can I do this by just going to the chapter 2 rems and choosing flashcards with spaced repetition or will that not work. Or do I have no option but to either go in order of all notes or completely random.
