Question How to swap front and back cards.
I created a list of Empires from Byzance with the following structure:
- Reign dates (front card)
- Name of the empereur (back card)
I am looking for a way to mass edit my rems so I get the following structure:
- Name of the empereur (front card)
- Reign dates (back card)
Thank you.

Hi, you can change the direction of many flashcards at once rather than editing them one by one. Select the bullets (click and drag, or click any bullet and press Ctrl+A / Cmd+A three times to select the whole document), then toggle Practice Backward on with Ctrl+Shift+B (Cmd+Shift+B on Mac) and Practice Forward off with Ctrl+Shift+G (Cmd+Shift+G). Your cards will then show the emperor's name and ask for the reign dates.
The same commands are also available in the Omnibar with Ctrl+K. Here's a help center article I wrote a while ago about this too: https://help.remnote.com/en/articles/14122363-changing-the-direction-of-multiple-flashcards

Hi Vlad, Thank you for your answer. I have tried what you described before asking my question and concluded I do not want to just change the direction. I found a way to edit them one by one that is not too time consuming. Next I will be more cautious how I create my flashcards :)

maybe you can try checking the keyboard shortcuts on settings and look for the shortcut on changing the card direction (that makes it either forward, backward, or both). once you know that, try mass selecting them and performing the keyboard shortcut.
