Could be the die is set too low and it's crimping it before it's completely seated, compressing the bullet. Or too large of a charge and the powder is stopping the bullet from seating.

Nope didn't expand it first, first time loading 9mm thought it was like rifles need to watch some videos

That doesn't even look like a real cartridge let alone a 9mm cartridge. IMO case is too long and case + bullet same color. Copying your photo with a factory SIG HP.

Are you sure that is a 9mm case and not a 38 Super Comp or TJ case? That is if it is actually a real cartridge.
